Lexxint is an international law firm set up by a group of professionals with a great passion for academic studies and significant professional experience both in Italy and abroad, who intended to get in contact with the most innovative and ambitious enterprises often disenchanted by the big law firm’s mind-set. Publications and academic activities in the service of a strong problem solving and value building attitude, multinational slant, attention to human relations, allow the practice to aim at offering an alternative model of dealing with complex legal problems in a fast changing world. The guess, in using an innovative cross border approach in facing legal issues, was to bring it where more it is needed –in particular at small and medium size companies level. Respect, individual attention to the Client, careful minding of their business model so to side him in his daily struggle in the market, fee policy on a quotation’s basis linked to the generation of value, severe selection of young talents in the legal field and continuous professional updates are an integral and substantial part of the project.
